In the news today:Knee Injuries Plague Teenage AthletesI enjoyed the article, "Knee Injuries Plague Teenage Athletes." With chronic anterior knee pain is it best to sit in a chair, during non-playing time at a baskeball game, the keeps the knee in an open flex position. Specifically, should one sit in a chair that has an adjustable height so the height of the chair can be raised to keep the knee from flexing each you sit during non-game playing time? Also, are there other articles I could read about seating and knee flex during game time. Thanks.
