Retorn after 2 years due to accident?

Hi, The dumbest thing happened last Sunday. To make a long story short - I hit the pavement (after being thrown from a trailer. Besides sraps and bruises and a hairline fractured wrist. The ACL reconstruction knee is so sore. Had some abrasions, is swollen and slowly turning rainbow colors. The thing is I have a hard time bending the knee - sitting in a chair is barely ok. Does anybody have any advise on what to look for? I can walk with some pain. My OS is gone for a week. Any help/advise would be great. Thanks, Silvi
