Hey all,
I had surgery to reconstruct my ACL and Meniscus about about 5 months ago..Ive made it back to the gym but am struggling to regain the muscle back in my leg due to the pain..ive regained almost all motion back in my knee and I feel like I could lift just as heavy as before but the pain limits me due to the strain on the joint. Anyone out there have any excercises that arent the physical therapy type band excercises that might limit the strain on my knee while still getting decent leg workout.
