Hi Jesslyn- The knee bending back thing (i.e., greater than 0 degrees extension) is not normal. I was having a sensation of this prior to my ACL reconstruction, which was one of my considerations in having the procedure done. Are you going to physical therapy, or are you still under a doctor's care? If so, bring it up, and have them measure your knee extension. It shouldn't go beyond 0 degrees. I have read that allografts can sometimes stretch, which may be what happened in your case. You should talk to your physician.

It's been seven months since my allograft surgery and meniscus repair. I've noticed that when I walk my knee bends in. Like if you were to look at my leg when I step down, there would be a dip where my knee is. It's kinda hard to explain. It hurts too, not a lot but definitley noticable. But my other one does not do it. And I was just wondering if thats common.
