1 week after lateral release Hi, A week ago i had an arthroscopy nad laterla release on my knee. i am getting better quite quickly and my knee is beginning to stop swelling etc. i have been doing my physio exercises regularly, however, as my knee has reduced in swelling, i am more aware of a slight clicking in my knee as i bend and straighten in. my partner (who has had surgery on his elbow) reckons this is normal and will dissapear as the joint finally heals, but i am scared about it. i have heard so many stories about lateral releases on the net, and so far, i thought mine had gone ok, but i am concerned about the slight click. it isnt painful, but i am concious of it! if you have had a lateral release, did yours do this nad how is it now? please let me know! thanks.
