injury to right knee What exercises can I do to assist the healing of the following injury. I was working on our boat and was in a crouch position for hours on end for two days. Later that night I stepped up one step and something tore in my right knee. It happened six months ago and I have had x-rays and an ultrasound with no damage showing. But it is still extremely painful and if I work the knee, the pain becomes unbearable. The pain is situated down the side of the knee between the legs and the area is sore to touch. Not knowing what the damage is, I am not sure what to do. Elastic knee support helps but the level of pain has not improved in months.
