Knee Pain Dear Sir/Madam, My name is narender. I am 25 Year's old. my weight is 62 K.G.. Actually, one month ago when i stared the jogging, 15 days were smooth but after few days i had pained in my knee. i just ignored it, but suddenly it became too much pained in my knee then i gone to doctor and take treatment. after taking treatment i was all right but after one week then pain is started again. Even i cannot jogging a single step. so i want to know the reasion of this pain. is it serious matter. if it is then tell what precausions i have to follow to recover it.
