my knee story is similar and im on the list of the stories they give u in the mail under sunzup4u but to make a long story short
my knees dislocated 4 times on each from time i was 12 till now im 42
this last one...was out longer then others and i think it was ripped more from just the ambulance guys carring me out ....
anyways
i know what u mean about limping ive been limping also for 6 months....
and your right limping takes alot of the joy out of everything
i useed to love to garden, shop , bike , swim ect
and now its like anythng and everything is more of a chore
just walking from a bed to the bathroom can be hard.
i pray daily for my problem to ease up and i do still have hope
i put my knee out last sep of 2003
my good leg(if u call it good since it to has dislocated in the past) also compensated for my other leg
i went to theropy 3 times and still limping
i think sometimes the exercieses are given to be overdone by the physical theropist.
but yur story is so similar to mine i had to write u
i may even wrote u before cause seems to me i read this story before
so please reply to me and tell me how u are
