Recurring dislocations... I hate seeing so many people in so much pain, but it gives me hope that I don't have to live like this. There are options. My left knee dislocates whenever it feels like it. I don't even have to be doing anything strenuous. I have been in the immobilizer so many times I can't count, and I still deal with my knee "cracking" and feeling weak and achy when I have been walking for a long time or exercising. People consider these types of problems some freak accident, and don't understand that for some people, like me, it happens all the time and it affects how you live your life. In the back of my mind, I am always afraid it is going to happen. I am looking into seeing a specialist and having surgery done this year. Hopefully it will help.
