A broken heart

I am 17 years old and a junior in high school. I am a soccer player, I have been playing my whole life every season, both indoor and outdoor. Last Sunday, I was playing indoor soccer with my Chicago Kickers team. The turf on the field we were playing on had seams in it. My right foot (which by the way is my good shooting foot) got caught in a seam while the rest of my body turned the other way. As i went down, I heard a series of about five cracks and felt an excrutiating pain. Later I was told I also hit my head on the wall as I fell, but I only felt the pain of my knee. I started screaming and crying, as my coach (also my coach for the school season) and my two best friends came running over to me. They tried their best to calm me down but I knew something was really wrong. I was put on a stretcher and taken to the hospital in an ambulence. There I received a shot for the pain and x-rays right away. When the doctors got their results back, they told me that none of the bones were broken, but I would have to see a different kind of doctor so the muscles could be looked at. I stayed up all that night wondering what was wrong with me and how long I would be out for. Well the next day i went to the orthopedic and received bad news. He said I most likely tore or completely tore both my acl and mcl, as well as cartilage. I am going to have an MRI tomorrow, but I am so scared to find out the results. I have heard all kinds of stories about how long these things can take to heal and to be frank, I'm not down with that. I was told I am most likely going to have surgery and then after that therapy. With all this happening, soccer season is less than two months away. I am a captain and my best friend is playing her senior year. I'm really upset that I'm not going to play with her or for that matter at all. Last year I was really good, I was in the paper numerous times and recieved an all conference award, and this year I will be watching from the bench. It makes me cry and nothing else makes me happy. I don't know what to do....
