chrondomalacia? Hi,I'm an 18 year old female and I have been recently diagnosed with chrondomalacia patellae .Up until now this disorder was compeletly unknown to me but I have suffered so much from it especially at school because I was the one always complaining about my knee ache and not participating in sports or any activities that recuired phisycal effort . I'd appriciate it if anyone would like to give me some advice about how to handle this .
