OATS/COR Procedure I am a 47 year old active female that began experiencing pain in my left knee 8 months ago. An arthroscopy showed a 15mm missing piece of cartilage on the weight-bearing medial side of my femor. Three months later, I had a COR procedure which is where they move some cartilage from a non-weight bearing portion of the femur and put in into the defect area. I am 5 weeks post-op and would like to know if anyone would like to tell me what their recovery was like. Knowing what to expect will relieve anxiety.
