My name is Radostina, 26 years old Epicrisis 1993 – diagnosis: unstabile antero medialis genus dextra The medical history is taken down according to the evidence of the sick woman. She undergoes a course of treatment for the first time at the clinic. Two years she had got torsion injury of the right knee joint with a later gonatocele and pains. She is treated medically. At the moment she grouses of pains of the right knee joint, sense of the certain instability of the same. She undergoes surgical intervention. She doesn’t give ( information)data about former diseases and allergies. Objectively: right knee joint – without effusion, moderate palpation pain on the mesial glenoid cavity. Simptom of front drawer ( + + ) at outer rotation at 30 of the shank. At inner rotation at 30 of the shank front drawer slight (+ ) position. On the 16 th September 1993 the sick woman is operated on Arthroscopy genus desctry was made. At the survery of the joint it was found out pathologic articular – intact; mesial meniscus – ruptured of the type “ handle of busket “ along the whole length; frontal surcal ligament old rupture; lateral meniscus – intact. By the means of arthroscope scissors the injured part of the meniscus was resected and extirpated. The posoperative period runs without a hitch, the operative wound is having mistructions to see a doctor for check exsamination sfter a month Epicrisis 1995 The sick woman undergoes a course of treatment for the second time at the clinic. Her disease dated back to 1991 when she had had a torsion injury of the right knee joint with a consecutive pain and instability of the joint. She had medically without success and by reason of the at her first visit to the clinc on 16 th September 1993 an arthroscopy and an arthroscope medical meniscectomy were made. She hadn’t had any complaints until December 1994 when while running she stepped aslant and got a sharp pain in her right knee joint with consecutive ‘blocks’ more, she feels certain instability at lading the right knee joint .she entered for arthroscopy. Obejectively: Autonomic gait without adjuvant and with Sparing of the right inferior limb. The right knee joint is with slight effusion and volume of movements S = 0 – 0 - 110. Palpation pain on the mesial glenoid cavity. Symptom of front drawer ( + + ) at 90 flexion and 30 auter rotation of the shank. At 15 inner rotation the same simptom is negative. Abduction and adduction test – according to standard. On 25 th January 1995 the sick woman had an operation. An arthroscope medical meniscectomy of the right knee joint was made. The postoperative period is without a hitch. The sick woman started therapentic exercises. She was discharged with instructions to continue her therapeutic exercises and to visit the doctor for unseaming on the 12 th day. I would like to have a doctor’s consultation because I have been feeling instability of my knee for the last three months by now and also there is a effusion of the right knee joint. This is not caused by a trauma but it started somehaw without any reason. My job which is forestry – engineer, is connected with too much walking around forest and that is why it very important for me to be cured of my former disecse completely.
