I am now in the 9th week of recovery from bi-lateral knee surgery. The first three weeks..do not want to think about them, however from the 4th week to present I could not be more pleased. I have no pain while walking or setting, and each day I am adding something new to my exercise routine.I feel I am pass the 110 degree bend of my legs, consult with my Doctor end of the month for my check-up.Anyone considering bi-lateral, make sure you have upper body strength to get you through rehab.
