  • There is hope....
I have suffered with PFS for years on my left knee, and recently I was at the point I could no longer walk. I finally after reading and researching all these years decided to go for the surgery. I am now only 4 months post op, and slight swelling aside I have more movement than I have had in years. Keep in mind people tend to express negative... I see alot of negative when I look this up on the net. I am very positive and I beleive this surgery has helped me tremendously.I am living proof it works I do my pt and I am building my strength and doing awesome. Get off your butt and take part in you're recovery, no one cares about you as much as you do.I could have chosen to sit for 2 months before starting pt and wold have lost alot of movement and muscle, But I care about me and I don't expect surgery to do it for me.
