  • ACL and Meniscus tear
I had a bike accident three years ago. I partially tore my ACL and lateral meniscus. I had an arthroscopy done where they trmmed the edges of the tear. I did not take the physiotherapy seriously and ended up with an instable knee. Recently, I twisted my leg while playing table tennis. The doctor told me that I had torn my ACL completely. He recommends surgery but right now, I can't afford it. The knee is very instable now. I wanted to know whether the surgery is required or could I manage without it.
