  • arthroscpic surgery
    Had arthroscoic surgery 4 days ago. Doctor said 3 days, couch, bed, bathroom only. Ice wrap with pump. Followed all directions to avoid swelling. I had no pain for the first 2 days. 3rd day pain set in and knee swelled. Back in bed on the 4th day with the ice wrap. anyone have a similar experience and what did you do?
