  • 14 yr old with questions
Hi my name is Skye...I have had knee problems for the past year or 2 and i just went to the doctor a week ago. He said that I have OCD and the cartlage in my knee is wearing away and my bone is chipping that is behind my cartlage. He said I will have to get surgery on it...he hasn't called back yet about when my appointment will be. He told me that they have to pin back my cartlage with pins and it should make it better...but i have some questions... ~ does this work? ~ is it painful? ~ how long is rehab? ~ how long does it take for the pain to get bettter? ~ Do you have to wear a cast with crutches? and any other information that you can explain to me, plz do because i am sorta scared of going into this. plz email me if you have any of this information!
