    Has anyone has an ITB 'released' or whatever they do to it when the bursitis won;t go away. I had a lateral release and now walk with very good alignment at the knee but my ITB seems to be unable to cope with the new way of walking. I've doen the physio, just had round 2 of cortisone and this time had manipulation under anesthetic. Next step seems likey to be surgery seeing as this problem is being created by everyday activities.... Thanks A
