  • persistent itb
    I had a running related itb injury 3 years ago that has been unable to heal despite all sorts of attempts with physio, massage etc..Now the pain is from my hip to ankle and only gets better with no activity. Does anyone ahve any suggestions about tx. for persistent itb? I don't want to continue with tx. that could worsen the problem
