  • chondromalacia patellae???
Im 24 and for the last 18 months I've had a bad pain behind my knee cap if I jog for over 15-20 mins. I have been to a doctor about this injury but he didnt know what it was. From reading some books on sports injuries I think I may have C.P. but I'm not sure. Both of my knee caps are very loose in comparison to other people that I've checked. Running up stairs also gives me pain behind my knee caps. I love playing football and im worried that if I continue to get this pain my injury may get worse and may even affect my my joints long term. Do you have any suggestions of what my next step should be???
