Hi there, I also have CP and I hate the pain, I´ve been in rehabilitation for two months, but I´m feeling just a little better, but I want all of you to know this: This is an injury that including the doctors have no answer how it comes to us, but you have the strenght inside yourself to throw it up from your body; excersices are the FIRST STEP (you can see a few of them in www.www.tusalud.com.mx/220903.htm there are in spanish but the photos are so clear I find them by internet also; SECOND STEP is to keep moving, if you stay at bed, at wheelchair or whatever your musles will never get better, I know it hurts a lot but try to do more by yourself; you can help yourself with antiinflamatories such as naproxen or ibuprofen or if you can go to a therapyist try the laser it worked good for me!!! And THIRS STEP BUT NOT LEAST, trust in God in Isaiah 53 He promise to take all our sickness and injuries, believe in Him and He will help you, just pray in the name of Jesus as I am praying for you right now, God Bless and Heal you soon!!
