knee problems

i am only 13 years old and i am just at the end of yr 8 when i first started yr 8 in pe we started going on the trampolines a few lessons into it we had to stop quickly and when i stopped i fell off of the trampoline i am now haveing severe problems with my knee and no docters no what the problem is one docter is saying you have damaged your knee cap and the other is saying you have damaged your cartlige and your ligaments what one do i believe anyway please help me someone i have now been haveing this problem for 9 months now
