Hi, My husband had a torn cartilage in his left knee and was operated on in Dec. of 2004. To this day, it still bothers him and the Dr. keeps saying it takes time, lots of time. Well, here it is almost a year later and it's not quite as bad as before, but still not great. I saw him last week and he said we are on the uphill part now. I sure hope so, I am so sick of a hurting knee. Not only that, I also have back problems with one surgery and possibly another. It's hell to get old. I am 60 and feel older than that at times.
