  • I have been struggling with knee pain since Sept. of 2000. The lining of my knees are inflamed. The left is much worse than the right. I have only been able to work 5 days since the middle of Feb. I currently have been unable to work since early April. I've taken motrin, Naproxin, and am currently taking Celebrex. I don't know that any of it helps that much. I keep them iced alot that is what really helps the most, at least till they get warm again. I am in therapy to get my leg muscles strenghtened. That hurts also, but the doctor says i need to keep at it. I am discouraged at my progress. I was tested fpr arthritis, but that was negative. There also is no cartilage damage. Anyone else have these problems? If so what has helped you?
