LITTLE FALLS, N.J. (AP) -- Yogi Berra was even able to make fun of his own knee replacement surgery.``The knee is not for sale. It's going to my museum,' the 74-year-old Hall of Famer said before Tuesday's procedure on his right knee.
Berra is expected to be sidelined for 4-6 weeks. The surgery was performed by Dr. Russell Warren, team physician of the New York Giants, at an undisclosed hospital.
Berra made a triumphant return to Yankee Stadium this season after ending a long feud with team owner George Steinbrenner. Berra took part in the Yankees' tickertape parade after they won their second straight World Series in October.
